Rainbowcrystal 88 reserves the right to change the payment method at any time without notice.
We cannot accept returns without an order number or items that are more than one month from the shipping date.
Rainbowcrystal 88 aims to provide the highest quality equipment, on-time delivery and seven-day-a-week after-sales support. Customers should keep the following points in mind:

If you have any questions, please contact our after-sales team (809164751@qq.com). The failure caused by disassembly and repair by the customer is not guaranteed, but we will continue to provide technical guidance.
If your device fails and cannot be used normally, please email us a valid order number, photo or video proof. Our team will help you. If you cannot provide information at the request of the team, you cannot provide corresponding support and services.
You must request a return within 7 days after receiving the item. Without exception.
The returned product must be new and ready for resale. They will be inspected upon receipt.
Shipping fee is non-refundable. This includes delivery to the address and return to the warehouse. For free shipping orders, regular shipping charges apply.

A 10% top-up applies. Return and refund will be after inspection after item arrival.

Tariffs and Customs Clearance

In some cases, VAT (VAT), other taxes, customs fees and/or customs fees required by the destination country. Any surcharge for these taxes or customs fees will be borne by the payee. Rainbowcrystal 88 will not accept refunds or returns if the recipient does not pay a customs fee or tax.
