Delivery time

Products are usually delivered within 15 days from the day after the order is placed.

The following credit cards are accepted:
VISA, Master, JCB, American Express *Payment will be made in full the following month.
*We only accept credit cards in the name of the person placing the order.
*Closing dates and deduction dates vary depending on the credit card company.
*Uniqlo will cover any fees incurred for credit card payments.
*Cards other than credit cards, such as debit cards and charge cards, cannot be used.

Cancellations and Returns

As a general rule, cancellations of applications and returns/exchanges of products are not possible.
・Even if an order is cancelled due to reasons such as not receiving the purchased item, we will not refund design processing fees (including stamp fees, color fees, design fees, and shipping fees) other than the unit price of the item.

If the size, color, quantity, etc., is different from what you ordered

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and return it cash on delivery.
・We will refund the product price (including consumption tax) of the affected product.
・If you pay by credit card, the deduction amount will be shown on the statement issued by your credit card company after you return the item.

Payment of compensation to sellers

・We will pay the seller 300 to 2,000 yen (including withholding tax) for each item purchased using listing data from another potential buyer.
- The seller may request payment from us at any time.
- If the seller makes a payment request by the 25th of each month, we will pay the seller by bank transfer to the bank account designated by the seller (accounts must be located in Japan) within 45 days from the closing date (the 25th of each month).
・Even if there is no payment request from the seller, the Company will close the transaction on December 25th of each year and make the payment procedure for the seller. The payment date and method will be the same as above.
*The bank transfer fee of 220 yen must be paid by the seller. Our company will pay the seller the amount remaining after deducting the bank transfer fee from the price.
*For individual sellers, the amount paid will be net of withholding tax.
